The hotel's parking situation can be congested at times.

The location was super convenient, just a short walk to both the Winter festival of Symphony Music and the classical concerts at the Plovdiv Philharmonic Orchestras concert hall. The hotel lacked some amenities like a fridge and water bottles in the room, and there were no outlets near the bed for charging electronic devices. The room we had was a bit old-fashioned in design, with outdated wall colors and wallpaper, and the mattress was a bit squeaky which made it less comfortable to sleep.
